Child Safety Letter (cont.)

We hope that you appreciate the need to ensure that children and young people are safe throughout their time at Summerway and that you will complete and return the enclosed form (one for each adult intending to supervise). These forms will be kept confidentially, will only be viewed by the four adults named in our policy statement and will be securely shredded when the membership ends.
