It is forbidden to jump over the nets. |
No radios, tape recorders, etc. shall be used on the Club premises. |
Dogs or other animals shall not normally be brought |
to the Club premises. Those brought in exceptional |
Smoking on the Club premises is strictly forbidden. |
A supervising Adult must always be actually present on the premises whenever Playing Members are at the Club, whether in or out of rota time. Parents and Guardians must make this abundantly clear to all Playing Members. If a Duty Rota Supervisor is unable to supervise at the time allocated, arrangements should be made to exchange duties with another parent on the rota list. Duty Rota Supervisors should attend irrespective of weather conditions, if only to carefully inspect and ensure that the premises are secure and in order, and to sign the duty rota sheet in the supervisors folder, commenting if appropriate. |
Duty Rota Supervisors or Supervising Adults are responsible for opening the Club on time, and to ensure on leaving the premises that: |
(a) all taps are turned off and lights extinguished, |
(b) all gates, doors and windows are locked or padlocked, |
(c) all furniture and equipment is returned to the Pavilion, |
(d) the immersion heater is switched off, |
(e) the toilets and Pavilion are left tidy, and |
(f) in Winter, the mains water stopcock is turned off. |
Sets of Club Keys are issued for the sole use of Parents and Supervising Adults. They are not to be used by Playing Members. |
