These are published as two A4 sheets printed both sides. Pages 1 & 2 are primrose yellow and contain information concerning the tournament which is to be retained by the competitor. Pages 3&4 are white and each competitor should send both pages to the Entries Secretary, duly completed and with the correct fees, by the Closing Date for entries which is Tuesday, 5th October. |
